Here is how we handle a short sale that may be listed with a Realtor®:

-We work with 3 parties: the seller, the real estate agent and the bank.
-We negotiate directly with the bank and purchase the property with cash.
-After we close with the bank, we list the property, with you representing us as our agent.
-There are contracts that are signed, for your protection that clearly state you will receive the property as your listing.
-Copies of the contract are available upon request.
